These terms and conditions apply to all individuals who choose to become members of The Global South Collective.

1. Membership Period

• Membership is valid for a period of one (1) calendar year from the date payment is received.

• Memberships are not automatically renewed. Next calendar year, we will contact you to ask whether you would like to renew for another year.
  

2. Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full at the time of registration or renewal.

• All payments must be made in one of the two accepted methods specified on our registration page, either bank transfer or MobilePay transfer.
  

3. No Recurring Commitment

• By paying for a one-year membership, you are not committing to any future payments.
  

• You will only be asked to pay again if you choose to renew your membership for another year.
  

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Once payment is received, your membership is considered active and non-refundable.
  

• If you choose to cancel your membership during the year, you will remain a member for the rest of that year, but no refunds will be issued.
  

• You may opt not to renew your membership for the following year.

6. Changes to Terms

• These terms may be updated occasionally. We will notify you of any changes that may affect your membership.
