Our role is to walk alongside local leaders in the Global South, amplifying their visions, not replacing them.
Why is this important?
Despite significant aid funds flowing into many regions, too many communities still struggle to live with dignity, security, and opportunity because much of that funding often bypasses those closest to the challenges and solutions.
Many large NGOs are working toward the goal of giving 25% of their funding to local partners within the next decade. We go further — directing approx. 70% of our funding to local partners. Because real, lasting change comes from supporting the people who know their communities best. This means more sustainable progress, more local job creation, and true empowerment where it matters most. Most importantly, ideas and solutions come from the ground up, not imposed from the outside.
